*****************************************

Bear Creek Lodge offers excellent family fun on our snowtubing hill. This winter sport is available on Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as weather permits. Saturday and Sunday sessions are scheduled for 11 AM, 1 PM, & 3 PM. Call the lodge to confirm and book session times. Individual reservations are highly recommended. Walk-ups are welcome as space allows.

Saturday mornings now have an "Three Hour Value Session" from 10 AM - 1 PM. The cost is $10 per person for participants of all ages. This special rate will be in effect for the remainder of the season.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings "Under the Lights" may be reserved for group activities with advance reservations. Sessions may be scheduled from 5:30 - 7:30 PM or 7:30 - 9:30 PM. The cost is $325 + tax for up to 40 guests or $399 + tax for up to 60 guests. A three hour block for groups of 60 -100 is available from 5:30 to 8:30 for $599 + tax.

The cost of a two hour session is $10 per person, children age 4 and under are $8. Effective 01/20/08, children under 41 inches tall, regardless of age, must ride with an adult for safety purposes. Small children are much safer when they ride with a responsible adult. We provide the innertubes with proper clips to attach to the rope tow. Private tubes, snowboards, skis, sleds, and other similar equipment are not allowed on property owned and operated by Bear Creek Lodge. We are strictly a snowtubing operation. Please do not ask for any exceptions.

Reservations are easy to make. Call the lodge and present your name, telephone number, the number in your party and a MC/Visa guarantee. We "book out" most sessions, so plan to pay for the number of reservations held against your credit card! If we are booked at capacity and you show up with fewer people than your reservation, your group will be charged for the number reserved, not the number present at the time of arrival. A reservations system must favor both parties. Therefore, a 24 hour notice for reducing the number of reserved spots or cancelation of an existing reservation for less than ten guests is in effect. A 48 hour notice is required for groups of ten or more. Please do not ask for an exception to this policy.

Your reservation using MC/Visa as a guarantee is your confirmed commitment to purchase the designated snowtubing session. "No shows" will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please arrive at least 15 – 20 minutes before your start time to fill out liability release forms and make payment. Late arrivals pay the same price as those receiving their full, allotted time. Please be aware that reservations not paid for within 30 minutes of the start of any scheduled session may be given to walk-up customers without reimbursement.

Click here to download a Liability Release form. Parents or guardians must sign for each under age participant listed on the form. Each participant must be listed separately with the parent's or guardian's signature clearly witten beside each entry. Improperly filled out forms will have to be redone prior to snowtubing. No exceptions.

Weekday (non-holiday) private sessions can be arranged for groups up to forty for $325 for two hours of fun. Additional persons above forty are $8.50 each. Book a (non-holiday) weekday private session for 100 people, and the tubing session will extend to three hours. This is a great way to reduce the cost of snowtubing! All people in your group must sign the liability release form. If you are bringing youth groups under 18 years of age, please download the liability release form prior to your event. It must be signed by a parent or guardian prior to participation.

Birthday parties are welcome. We will provide seating for your party in the restaurant at no additional charge between 10 AM and Noon. No outside food or drinks are allowed except commercially prepared birthday cakes. (Just like school requirements.) If you are bringing your own cake, please include paper plates, napkins, and plastic utensils. Drinks and additional food must be purchased from the lodge. Minimum gratuity for the server is 15% of the total bill, or $20.00, whichever is greater. We will make every effort to provide a fun experience for the birthday boy or girl !!

Snowtubing is an excellent event for church groups, scouting, or employee appreciation functions. Several local businesses use the tubing hill for customer appreciation days. They use our services to provide quality time for the families of their best customers. If you have an idea how we can help with your group, be sure to contact the lodge to plan your event.
