"Where The Mountain Meets"

07/01/22:  LODGING  SPECIAL  FOR  JULY  AND  AUGUST  >>  All new multi-night reservations for these two months - booked  directly from this website - will have a 10% discount applied when processing.  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of booking.  No cancellation or date changes are permitted with this special offer.  Please note that the discount does not apply for reservations made through Expedia or Booking.com.

Guests are encouraged to book stays directly from this website rather than third-party (OTA) booking sites.  This improves our profitability and allows the lodge more flexibility for reservations and room assignments.

Unusually cool weather slowed snow melt this year.  The road to the top of Mt Spokane is scheduled to reopen to the Upper Kit Carson Loop junction by 7/01/22.  The top section will reopen as soon as repairs to asphalt have been completed.  It's time to plan that summer getaway!

As stated before, snowtubing gift cards and certificates expired at closing last March.  However, the face value of expired 2021 - 2022 certificates may be applied to two night minimum stays at the lodge through 9-01-22.  The 10% lodging special (above) does not apply when using snowtubing gift cards & certificates.

The restaurant and taproom will be open on Saturdays from Noon to 7 PM and Sundays from 12 - 6 PM with a limited grill menu.  Our main items are our popular BBQ sandwich, burgers, chicken strips, fish & chips, grilled ham & cheese,  mozzarella sticks, and baskets of fries or onion rings.  Spare ribs dinners (served with fries, cole slaw or baked beans) will resume on 7/01/22.

The restaurant's limited breakfast and grill menu are available for in-house guests at designated times.  Outside food and alcohol are not allowed in the rooms per health department regulations.  Consequently, our accommodations are not equipped with refrigerators or microwaves.  A cooler kept in the trunk of your car is acceptable and may be brought inside the lodge for medical reasons.  Ice is available onsite.

Please call (509-238-9114) or email info@bearcreeklodgewa.com to arrange tours for weddings, family reunions and special events.

General Lodge Information
The lodge has a total of fifteen rooms.  They are configured as six single rooms, four family units, and the top floor suite.  Check our lodging "Rooms & rates" page for current availability.

The restaurant offers primarily American cuisine.  The banquet menu for group events is excellent and offers a bountiful treat for our guests.  We're often told the lodge serves the best "wedding food" around Spokane.  Bear Creek chicken and country-style barbecued pork ribs are hard to beat!  Our catering service also includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free banquet menus upon request.

We recently added a stair lift to convey guests from the restaurant level to the next floor.  A "European-style" bath with handicap accessories has been added to provide convenience for the family suites. These major upgrades make it easier to host events for families and groups with physically challenged members.
Campground News
We have thirteen large, grassy campsites and a shaded group site.  Three permanent level pads for large RV's and trailers have full hook-ups.  Two "unisex" bathrooms with hot showers are available.  We usually shut down mid-October and reopen by mid-May.  The campground is currently OPEN.
